The 2023 Healthy Holidays Gift Guide is Here!

It’s here, it’s real and it’s spectacular!

The 2023 Healthy holiday guide is finally here and IMO the best list I’ve curated YET!

This year I created even more categories so you can get really granular in getting something targeted and special for you or your loved one this holiday season.

I don’t know about you but I adore looking at gift guides. I love being introduced to something new and awesome and I hope to do the same in this list.

Because so many facets of health is woven into my work I’ll be sharing on a wide range of wellness and health products, courses and services. You’ll see everything from gifts to optimize your sleep to gut-health improving gifts.

Chili crisp has been all the rage for a couple of years now. They serve as an oh-so-satisfying condiment on just about anything. You can fairly easily make chili crisp at home, but when you don’t have the time, try this brand!

NeoU is a New York City based studio with both in person and streaming / on demand classes in every genre you can think of. This is the online gym I use and I particularly like their yoga classes - especially yoga teacher J. Alissa

Fitness Blender is another online fitness app that has over 500 classes for free. Right now they are also offering 20% off until the end of the year for a $63/year upgrade that includes a membership and other perks. 

Yoga Download is the app I mostly used during the pandemic. It offers a wide range of yoga classes of every stripe. I really like the filters they have set up to help you find the perfect class for that day.

Practyce - amazing online yoga platform with a huge array of options from beginner to advanced

Obe Fitness - a Canadian based company with fabulous classes from 10-minute HIIT workouts to dance classes and everything in between.

YogaWorks - well-known in-person and online franchise.  I found my favorite yoga instructor of ALL TIME (Jeremy Falk) using this platform a few years ago.  It’s a great one.

Booyah Fitness - huge array of classes from kick-boxing to pilates without a huge price tag and all the stinky sweaty people working out next to you!
