Hey. I’m Jenny!
I’m from Boston and I live with my husband and 3 sweet (but sassy) daughters.
When I’m not working with men and women all over the world to find joy and peace with food and body, I can be often found playing words with friends (anyone?) cooking vegan food or having an adventure somewhere off the beaten path.
For as common as eating issues are, we rarely talk about the root causes of these eating concerns. That’s where I come in. I don’t just help with guiding you on a new eating path, one filled with trust, pleasure & abundance, but I also help you dig into your eating psychology.
This is just a fancy way of saying I get to help you learn so much about yourself through your relationship with food and body. Most importantly, the result is that YOU transform that relationship from fear, shame or obsessiveness to FREEDOM, trust & peace. THINGS YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT ME ✨✨
:: I'm a #vegetarian for 30 years & I love cooking plant-based food 🥗
:: I once tried to get Jerry Seinfeld to ask me out on a date (spoiler: it was a no-go)
:: I used to be a backup singer in bands in NYC & was an in an amazing a capella group in college.
:: I’m a highly sensitive & intuitive person. I’m also a ambivert!
WHAT MAKES ME GOOD AT WHAT I DO?
:: I’ve done every diet program. (I’m a proud survivor of the Cabbage Soup diet) read every book & seen all the doc’s for the better part of 35 years where dieting was basically my side-hustle.
I know the exquisite pain and frustration of feeling like you won’t be happy until you find a way to be thin.
I’ve done the healing work & I’m still on my journey.
We all are.
But it puts me in a unique position to both help and empathize.
:: I’m a whole-body & generous listener. Some of the most incredible sessions I have were ones where I am mostly listening & asking very specific questions to help the client uncover things about themselves that they didn’t even realize.
Pure MAGIC!

On a more personal level….
Flashback to 4 years ago….
I was chronically dieting on and off yet never truly satisfied with my results or feeling good in my body.
I was restrictive and constantly felt worried about what I ate or didn’t eat and how much.
I ONLY exercised to lose weight.
I felt preoccupied by food and my weight.
I blamed my body for having a slow metabolism, and shamed myself for loving food so much.
I weighed myself constantly and counted every calorie and carb.
I thought mindful and intuitive eating was just “fluff” and rejected it outright.
I thought I was different than other people and nothing could help me
Sound familiar?
All the obsession with being in a smaller body led me to a breaking point. I went to see a special doctor to see what was “wrong” with me. She told me I had leaky gut and needed to remove all gluten and dairy from my diet, which I did for a full year until…
I hit my lowest point at my neighborhood block party & broke my "diet" and downed almost a whole pizza…
I felt so gross, so sick and so discouraged that I made a decision to finally let restrictive dieting go. I decided to look deeper into my food and body issues for the first time in my life....
It was very hard to let go...dieting was the only way I knew how to control the body-loathing I had. It was the only way I thought I could keep myself in check and not binge all the time.
Little did I know that all that restriction and all that stress and preoccupation with weight was preventing me from ever attaining what I really wanted - my "feel like myself again" weight.
I got to work on a new approach. The incredible results and transformation I went through inspired my Eating Empowerment Method that have now helped hundreds of men and women around the globe.
What Life is Like Now:
I savor my food and enjoy every bite.
I also know exactly when to stop, naturally.
I've maintained my weight within 2 pounds for 5 years....effortlessly. I no longer fear weight gain.
I trust myself with food again! #gamechanger
I now feel so confident and comfortable in my skin...
I have more time for my family and loved ones (less time mindlessly eating their leftovers)
Saved thousands of $$ saved a year (no more programs, doctors and diets!)
With dieting and preoccupation with food taking up less bandwidth in my brain, I had time to write my book, start a business and spend more time doing all the things I love.
