+ How Much Does Replenish Cost??
Pay in Full = $8000
3 Monthly payments = $2750 each
6 payments = $1450 each
+ Why does it Cost so Much?
This is a 6-month transformational program that addresses both physical, emotional, psychological and behavioral aspects of nutrition and your relationship with food. You've spent thousands in the past on doctors, supplements, diets, books, and have expended endless hours and emotional labor on this problem. The average American spends $5000 a year on wellness, gyms, diets and stress-reduction techniques not to mention doctors, medications and food. Its time to stop throwing money at one-off solutions and look at this instead as a long term endeavor to gain skills, confidence and efficacy with. That takes time. And, because of the deep dive we will do together, it takes a significant amount of time and energy on my part as well because I am directly involved in your healing throughout the entire process.
+ Will I lose weight on this program?
The short answer is you might lose a lot of weight, or you may not lose any. This is not a weight loss program, however, since we focus on sustainable health behaviors as well as releasing inflammation and stress chemistry in the body, (in addition to learning mindful and conscious eating techniques and meal planning/cooking skills), many people do lose weight naturally without ever focusing on it or forcing it. Part of the beauty of this program is that you are redirecting your goals into the behaviors necessary to feel good and confident and capable in your skin for the long-term and without all the guilt, shame and frustration. In my former career, I was a weight loss coach. I've helped people lose up to 160 pounds - but I've learned that the only way it can be sustainable is if we reverse engineer the way its been done in the past to take the emphasis off the goal of weight loss and instead move towards what it will take for you to feel powerful, strong, confident, sexy, healthy and empowered in your skin and to trust yourself to easily make the choices that fuel your body and your lifestyle.
+ How is this different than all the other programs I've tried in the past?
A few ways.
You're getting the benefit of 20 years of experience in coaching, psychology, culinary nutrition and therapy. While many people would separately hire a... Nutritionist, Mindset Coach, Therapist and/or in some cases a doctor to help support a health transformation of this kind - you're are getting all of that in one.
Many commercial programs focus on elimination, restriction, or unsustainable and sometimes arbitrary rules that only aim to make us feel more pressure and feel more guilty when we screw up on the rules. I base my philosophy on the idea that taking a to-do approach rather than a not-to-do approach helps people find more opportunties for be successful and expands one's capacity to figure out ways to add things in rather than take things out. So, instead of telling you to just stop eating sugar, which is unrealistic and often unsustainable, I will be focusing on adding things in as a way to gently crowd out other foods that no longer serve you. I focus on practice, repetition and compassionate accountability so that you can get past the shame and guilt around food and build an "Eating Ecosystem" that works for you. Your Eating Ecosystem is based on all of you. Who you are and what is important to you on a social/lifestyle level, a nutritional/feeling good in your skin level and while also addressing your psychology, physiology, your environments and teaches behavioral modification around food to give you sustainable tools. So that it's the LAST program you will ever need.
This program is bespoke to you. The Ixcela gut health test will help us determine not only the diversity of your microbiome but also how well the critters are doing at helping you assimilate the nutrients in the food you already eat. From there, we determine which of 11 metabolites (by product of bacteria breaking down your food) are out of balance for you specifically.
Then, I can curate and customize an action plan that addresses your own physiology adding in foods specific to you. You'll also learn how to actually prepare, eat and ENJOY these foods and how to build in a mindfulness/wellness/stress reduction practice and movement protocol to further your healing.
+ I'm afraid I won't have time, what is expected of me?
Mel Robbins has a quote that goes something like this: Instead of "I don't have time" try saying "It's not a priority". See how that feels.
Everyone has the same 168 hours a week. Whether you're a busy stay-at-home Mom, a caregiver, or work a corporate job we all tend to lead very busy lives. When something is a priority to you, you will find time for it. It's that simple. So, while the time-commitment in this program is quite small, to me it's more about whether or not you're ready to prioritize and confront the things that have ailed you for so long. I know it feels overwhelming and scary to make changes like this and truly address the root cause issues of not eating well or feeling well.
In terms of specifics: There will be 1 monthly group call, 2 1:1 calls with me each month for an hour each, and then journaling and other assignments and exercises to do in between. Nothing I assign you should take longer than a couple of hours a week.
When I'm faced with a decision about how I will steal away more time, I look towards the obvious, TV and internet time. I have a tracker app on my phone and realized I was spending over 5 hours a week just mindlessly scrolling through Facebook or twitter. I realized that there were so many things I could do with that time including self-care, cooking, meal planning, sleeping, seeing friends, etc...
Finding time actually becomes easy when you prioritize it, give yourself permission for it and advocate for it with family and friends (i.e. personal boundaries.)
+ I've failed so many times before I'm scared to make another investment like this. How will you help give me confidence I can actually do this?
I'm glad you asked that. I understand this. Its a mindset issue. Nothing more. One of the reasons you've "failed" in the past is because the new behaviors you were trying to learn were not sustainable or in sync with other aspects of your lifestyle and psychology. Part of the beauty of this program is that we address mindset issues and focus on unlearning. We'll cover things like self-sabatoge, why it's easier sometimes to fail, how to recover when you have set-backs, and digging into your resistances, self-story and challenges that have kept you stuck in the past. All, so that you can finally move THROUGH them instead of around them.
+ Do I have to know how to cook to do this?
No.
But, you do have to be willing to get out of your comfort zone in the kitchen, be open to new ideas and preparing/prepping food to support you in meal planning and advocating for yourself in challenging food situations. I am a vegan chef and I learned from my Mom who is a NYC french culinary institute trained chef. I love helping people learn to cook and prepare food so if you're open to it, I'd love to teach you some easy cooking techniques and preparation tools.
+ Are there any refunds?
Due to the nature and scope of this program, there will be no refunds once the program starts.
