When your gut health is out of balance, the effect is more than just a stomach ache—it changes how you feel, how you sleep, how you recover, how you manage stress, how much energy you have, and even the types of foods you crave.

I use the Ixcela test to determine if an imbalance in the gut is the culprit behind some of your health challenges. Whether it's GI distress, sluggish energy levels, sleep challenges, a weight-loss plateau, or simply wanting to feel better, this tool will help us pinpoint where to start. The Ixcela test is a brand-new tool that gives us insight into what is happening in your gut.

Ixcela tests small molecules, called metabolites, in the blood.

The Ixcela results will help us pinpoint the types of foods, exercises, and supplements needed to improve your gut health. After that, we will design an action plan just for you.

Whether you suffer from bloating, cramping, irregularity, or other gut discomforts, getting a baseline test to see how to start improving your gut health will get you on the path to feeling better.

Ixcela testing allows us to create a highly personalized action plan to optimize your health.

Based on your results and markers, I will personally customize a plan that will specifically address you, your goals and taking into account your lifestyle, eating psychology, and biochemistry.

Each session, I will be helping you to outline your goals for the week, making sure you’re feeling really excited and motivated to achieve those goals.  This may include mindset exercises homework, journaling, breathing techniques to sample and other relaxation-inducing strategies to take on each week.

In our sessions, we’ll go over in depth how you’re feeling, what your mindset and momentum is like and tackle other challenges that get in the way.

We’ll cover things like:

  • How to move from will-power to skill-power

  • The scientific & Psychological reasons why you’re craving a particular food and what to do about it

  • How to sustain momentum in your week when life gets in the way

  • Meal Planning strategies

  • Easy cooking techniques that support your eating plan to make it fun

  • When self-sabotage becomes a problem and how to deal with it

  • Planning for unusual situations where you’ve failed in the past

  • How to love yourself through your goals - leading with love, not fear in making health changes

  • Mindful and Intuitive Eating techniques, exercises and strategies

  • How to deprogram your old eating habits and replace them with more joyful and sustainable ones

Maybe you are already eating healthy…

This program is ideal for you if:

  • You are are sick of dieting and weight cycling and just want to find a “maintenance” weight that feels comfortable to you and is sustainable.
