Make this easy dish for yourself! You’ll have a delicious, nourishing ready-made breakfast to heat and enjoy all busy week long.

- Preheat the oven to 350 o F. Butter a 9-inch ceramic baking dish.
- Bring the water to a boil. Combine the oat bran cereal, steel-cut oats and coconut oil in a large bowl. Pour the boiling water over contents of the bowl, and let sit for about 20 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, except for the walnuts and stir to mix.
- Bake at 350 o F. for 50 – 60 minutes until center of pudding does not jiggle when shaken. Sprinkle the walnuts on top.
- Serve topped with yogurt and maple syrup.
